Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with a proven track record in implementing effective SEO strategies and managing tools like Moz Pro, Yoast SEO, and Rank Math Pro. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical and content-based SEO, backlink management (including disavow), and analytics tracking through platforms like Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and optimizations using tools such as Moz Pro, Yoast SEO, and Rank Math Pro.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Manage backlink strategies, including acquisition, monitoring, and disavow of toxic links.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for event tracking, and ensure proper integration of tracking pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights).
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
  • Generate detailed SEO performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep up with search engine algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in SEO.
  • Proficient with SEO tools: Moz Pro, Yoast SEO, Rank Math Pro, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Pixel Integration, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Experience with backlink management, including identifying and disavowing harmful links.
  • Solid grasp of HTML/CSS and content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of working with Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheet, Keep, Calendar, Drive etc)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Local SEO and eCommerce SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of PPC and its role alongside SEO.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
