Sales Agent Trainer

•  Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills.
•  Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they align with current industry trends and best practices.
•  Collaborate with sales managers and team leads to identify training needs and create targeted programs.
•  Assist in the onboarding process for new sales agents, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
•  Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
•  Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and metrics.
•  Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate relevant changes into training materials.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in sales, preferably in a training or coaching role.
•  Strong communication skills, both in training delivery and interpersonal interactions.
•  Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
•  Adaptability and the ability to tailor training to different learning styles.
