Marketing Automation Specialist
Saturn Outsource, a leader in digital solutions, is expanding our team and seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to drive growth and engagement. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing automation strategies to enhance our marketing effectiveness and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to streamline and automate email marketing, lead generation, and CRM efforts.
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, and sales teams to align automation with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Segment audiences based on data insights for targeted, personalized communication.
- Stay updated on best practices in marketing automation and CRM to incorporate new features and strategies effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics etc.).
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience with metrics and A/B testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
