We are looking for Call Center Agents for Day/Night Shift (24 hours campaign)

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers fulfill their requirements.
  • Analyze and report any issues during the shift.
  • Keep updates on any technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide assistance.
  • Keep good communication within the team to promote smooth operation.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their demands are fulfilled.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with the management.
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
