We are looking for Call Center Agents for Day/Night Shift (24 hours campaign)

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers fulfill their requirements.
- Analyze and report any issues during the shift.
- Keep updates on any technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints and provide assistance.
- Keep good communication within the team to promote smooth operation.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their demands are fulfilled.
- Gather customer feedback and share with the management.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
