We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the office and ensure smooth operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update office infrastructural systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide support to other departments and staff as needed.
  • Travel outdoors for all sorts of official responsibilities.


  • Must have possession of a two-wheeler.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
