Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update office infrastructural systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide support to other departments and staff as needed.
- Travel outdoors for all sorts of official responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must have possession of a two-wheeler.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with efficiency.
